Mortgage Fraud Awareness Training

"Convicted Felon Speaks Out"

Kevin has appeared on the CBS Evening News, he has educated the FBI, been asked to speak at over 250 events in the past 5 years for Mortgage and Real Estate related events. He was interviewed in Scottsdale, AZ at the MBA's advanced fraud seminar. He brings to the table true FRONT LINE experience, that not will only open your eyes, but leave with you that lasting impression, that we are falling short in this industry, when it comes to training our employees and something needs to be done about it now.

Kevin has developed a training program that is designed for the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry called "Mortgage Fraud and Making the Right Choice "The Convicted Felon Speaks Out" This is a must see class for all people in the mortgage industry.

This class has received the highest marks and reviews by the industries biggest lenders. It has been said that if you spend any money for outside training, this is training class that you cannot miss out on. Country Wide management said "that it was one of the best classes that they had ever been to". Mann Mortgage said "that for the money, there is no one better at getting the message across and having his employees open there eyes up, this will be a must for all new hires".

Kevin is looking at joining forces with industry leaders to help educate your company on what Front Line Fraud Detection tools to use. What's the true benefit of using one vs the other or even not using them? Is it cost effective and will it slow down my production? These and so many more question can be answered in a short period of time. In this industry we choose to educate our employees on sales training and the relationship side and seem to forget or choose to forget, that there is another side to training and that would be the Red Flags of Mortgage Fraud and that's what he does the best.

Kevin's approach has changed the way companies think and train their employees and the results speak for themselves. It's a little late to detect fraud, once the loan is closed and funded. Most fraudsters don't and won't give you back your money.

We are currently looking for sponsors for the 2009 Mortgage Fraud Tour, if your company wants to step up and help fight the problem, please let us know. The return on your investment, is well worth the cost. To learn more about this, please contact Kevin directly.
